We share a matched inquiry with one independent provider. We do not distribute your request to a competing list of companies. We will ask you first if a different introduction is needed.
We may contact you to clarify your request or let you know we could not find a match. An inquiry is not a booking or a guarantee of availability.
How we’re paid
You can submit a request free of charge. Providers may pay LeadStead for introductions. Our matching service is not a comprehensive comparison or independent ranking of every cleaner in your area. Participating providers set their own prices and service terms.
Who is responsible for the work?
Your chosen provider is responsible for the cleaning, staff, equipment and service agreement. Find Me Cleaners does not employ the cleaning team or perform the work. Confirm references, insurance and any relevant credentials directly before booking.

Do you perform the cleaning?+
No. Find Me Cleaners is a matching service operated by LeadStead. Independent cleaning providers perform the work, provide quotes and enter into any service agreement directly with you.
Is it free to submit a request?+
Yes. You do not pay us to submit an inquiry. Providers may pay us for introductions. Cleaning prices and any other service charges are agreed directly with the provider.
Will several companies contact me?+
We share a matched inquiry with one provider, not several competing companies. We will ask before arranging a different introduction. We may also contact you about your request.
Are providers screened, insured or guaranteed?+
Do not assume that every provider has the same credentials. Before booking, ask the provider about insurance, references and any qualifications relevant to your project. We do not guarantee cleaning outcomes.
What if no provider is available?+
Availability varies by service, location and timing. The ZIP check tells you whether we accept requests in that area; it is not a confirmed appointment. If a request cannot be matched, we will let you know.
